I built this website to establish a professional online presence for GLB Consults Ltd, showcase its services, build trust with potential clients, and make it easier for businesses to learn about the company and send enquiries.

The SIWES placement itself does not pay a stipend. The Website Development course you're placed on (Front-End, Back-End or Full-Stack) is a paid course, but as a SIWES/IT student you pay half price — a 50% discount: ₦75,000 for Front-End, ₦150,000 for Back-End, or ₦225,000 for Full-Stack.
Any SIWES allowance is paid by the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) through your institution, not by the placement provider, and the amount and timing vary, so confirm with your SIWES coordinator. IMT Computers' placement is not a paid internship and pays no stipend: the web development course you are placed on is a paid course, and as a SIWES/IT student you pay half price.
Institutions set their own SIWES period, usually between three and twelve months, so check what yours requires. IMT Computers places students for 3 or 6 months: 3-month students follow the Front-End or Back-End track and 6-month students follow the Full-Stack bootcamp curriculum. Tell us your institution's required length when you register, and your track is confirmed with your supervisor in week one.
SIWES, the Students' Industrial Work Experience Scheme, is run by the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) for students in universities, polytechnics and colleges of education. Many students say "IT" or "industrial training" for the same placement, and schools use the two words in different ways, so follow your department's wording. Our placement works either way: supervised work, a logbook, a report and institution-ready completion documentation.
Classes run 3 times a week. We also offer a hybrid option — Live Online Class — for students who live far from Ikeja, so you're not spending on transport every single day.
3-month students are placed on either Front-End Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Tailwind CSS) or Back-End Development (PHP, SQL, Laravel, REST APIs) — either way you'll learn Git & GitHub, AI-assisted coding tools, real SEO practices to help your projects rank on Google, and how to deploy a live project to an actual server. 6-month students follow our complete Full-Stack Bootcamp covering both tracks end-to-end, building a full e-commerce platform and a personal portfolio site from scratch.

You also receive institution-ready completion documentation structured to meet university and polytechnic SIWES requirements.
Yes. You receive an IMT Computers certificate of completion for the track you followed, with your name on it. It has its own web link and a QR code, anyone can check it on our Verify a Certificate page, and it does not expire. We also help you create a LinkedIn account if you do not have one and add the certificate to your profile, so recruiters can see it. You still get your logbook support and a live, working project and GitHub profile to show employers.
