Our SIWES Front-End Development placement began August 13, 2026, and runs for an estimated three months at our Ikeja, Lagos facility. Follow real, week-by-week progress — from Git and SEO fundamentals to HTML and hands-on project work.
Session Overview
Our current SIWES (Student Industrial Work Experience Scheme) cohort kicked off on Thursday, August 13, 2026, with a student placed on our Front-End Development track for an estimated three-month placement running through mid-November 2026. Real Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and IT students train hands-on under professional mentorship at our Ikeja, Lagos facility — this page documents the placement as it happens, updated week by week.
Beyond writing code, the placement builds the practical habits professional developers rely on daily: version control with Git and GitHub, and search engine optimization fundamentals — skills many bootcamps and training centers skip entirely.
