Which FOA Certification Do You Need?
Start with CFOT (Certified Fiber Optic Technician), the foundational FOA certification. CPCT covers premises cabling, and the CFOS courses are specialist certifications that build on a fiber optics foundation.

Can I sit the FOA exam if I already trained elsewhere?
Yes — we offer exam-only sessions for candidates who trained elsewhere and just need an accredited centre to sit the official exam.
Can I get FOA certified online or remotely?
Partly. Exam-only sessions and theory-heavy parts can often be done remotely, and CFOS/D is also offered as a live online class. Certifications with hands-on practical work, such as CFOT, need you to attend the practical sessions in Ikeja, Lagos, or at our centre in Cotonou, Benin Republic.
