Program Scope
The program was delivered over several weeks and covered:
Fiber optic theory and safety fundamentals
Hands-on fusion splicing and mechanical splicing
OTDR testing and troubleshooting
FOA CFOT certification examination
Students who completed the program and passed the certification exam received internationally recognized CFOT (Certified Fiber Optic Technician) credentials, strengthening their employability in Nigeria's growing telecommunications sector.
